RECEIPT OF GOODS
Upon delivery of the order, we invite you to check:

  • that the number of packages indicated on the carrier's letter corresponds to that delivered;
  • that the package is intact and undamaged;
  • any external damage to the package must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery
  • any damage to the goods must be reported - correlated by images and / or videos that clearly show the damage found - a info@ladygama.com WITHIN AND NOT MORE THAN 5 DAYS from the date of delivery.
  • in case of transport damage, the product will be reimbursed using the payment method used for the purchase (transport costs excluded)

 

NO WITHDRAWAL

In case of failure to collect the goods following 2 attempts by the courier and in the absence of precise provisions for the redelivery, the goods will return to the headquarters. Any transport costs paid during the confirmation phase will be deducted from the reimbursement.
